As a photographer, I invest a ton of my energy and who I am into my families and couples. You really look into who they are and what makes them tick and a portion of you really does fall in love with them. Then when you are done with your session..it's like finishing a really GREAT book. You just aren't ready to be done with the characters yet. Hollie + Alex are that for me. I clicked so instantly with them and had SO much fun with them. I had the hardest time choosing just a "handful" of images from their day because I loved so much about it.
They had their wedding and reception at The Homestead 1835 which was just the perfect venue. Chill to the max. Family and friends gathered around a fire pit, playing corn hole, dancing the night away and celebrating the new love. I would shoot this exact wedding back and forth forever and die a happy person haha
Thanks to these two lovebirds for trusting me to capture their day. These two are the salt of the earth. I genuinely laughed until I cried with them and the way they laugh and love each other is so inspiring and contagious. I get to have some hangs and photograph them again in the next few weeks and I am beyond excited. I'm looking forward to working with them as they recharge me both creatively and as a person. Now to swoon over how precious they are....
